Visiting these pages
Images, fonts, and icons are served from this application. We have not added analytics scripts or advertising trackers. Cloudflare processes network requests to deliver and protect the service.
Display preferences
If you choose display settings, we save your color scheme, text size, reading-space, and motion choices in an essential cookie for 180 days on this brand’s domain. It contains no account credentials or authentication permission. You can change these choices using the Accessibility link.
Your connected account
Spoked’s identity service handles sign-in and account details. The application uses secure session cookies and stores encrypted session tickets in PostgreSQL. Preview application sessions expire after 30 minutes. Sign in again in a new tab to keep unsaved text on the original page; avoid reloading that page until you save.
Store content and conversations
Published storefront content is public, including a contact email if the owner publishes one. Drafts, store memberships, and conversations are stored in PostgreSQL. Staff and customer access is checked against the relevant business and role.
Hosting and providers
The application and database run on an Atlanta Linode server operated through Akamai. Application and identity backups support recovery. Cloudflare and Akamai process service information under their own provider policies.
